Our legal efforts are spearheaded by Kimberly Dudik. She has over 20 years of experience fighting for justice as an attorney, legislator, registered nurse, and advocate for survivors of domestic violence. This brings a unique view and approach to solving legal issues and helping individuals find justice. She is a member of the Montana Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the National Crime Victim Bar Association. She developed expertise protecting Montanans during her time as a deputy county attorney, assistant attorney general, and substitute municipal court judge.


Kimberly led teams to accomplish groundbreaking reforms in Montana law during her service as an elected official. She is a fiscal leader and is the former Chairperson for the Montana Legislative Finance Committee, Past Chairperson for the Council of State Governments West, and Past Chairwoman of the National Foundation for Women Legislators. During her eight years as a Montana State Representative, Kimberly led innovative reforms in criminal justice, child welfare, and violence against women.


Her leadership has been recognized by receipt of the New Leaders Council Award for Political Leadership, a Women of Excellence Award by the National Foundation for Women Legislators, and the State Government Affairs Council Award. In addition to her work at Kimberly Dudik & Associates, she co-founded and is the CEO of the Public Policy Institute of the Rockies, dedicated to working on under-addressed issues and leading transformational change.


Sophie Moon has over five years of diverse experience in the nonprofit and public sector. Her leadership abilities have been recognized with receipt of the UM President’s Outstanding Senior Award as well as the 25 Under 25 Award from Forward Montana. Sophie was selected as the University of Montana’s Newman Civic Fellow and completed fellowships through the New Leaders Council and Montana NEW Leadership. Earning national experience, she interned at the Office of U.S. Senator Jon Tester.


Leading nonprofit organizations, Sophie guided MontPIRG for two years as the 2018 board Chairperson and is a current MontPIRG Leadership Fund board member, working to empower the next generation of civic leaders. Her expertise includes working with organizations such as Garden City Harvest, Broader Impacts Group, and Carol’s List. Sophie is a cutting-edge leader in fundraising, having most recently been Finance Director for the Kimberly Dudik for Montana Attorney General campaign. 


In addition to her work at Kimberly Dudik & Associates, Sophie co-founded and serves as CFO of the Public Institute of the Rockies, focusing on making transformational change on under-addressed issues in Montana.
